Our contact with Norm Messenger began as an internet search for a Ford Fiesta or Focus, cars with automatic transmissions that can be towed behind Our contact with Norm Messenger began as an internet search for a Ford Fiesta or Focus, cars with automatic transmissions that can be towed behind a motor home with all wheels on the pavement. Norm met us and over the course of a couple of weeks went with us on several test drives when we finally selected the Ford Focus Titanium. Norm was patient with us and provided all the information we asked for about recreational towing of the car. Norm, and then Walt made sure we received all the Ford rebates and incentives including the $500 military rebate and the Costco benefit on the purchase. Finally at the end of the process Sage walked us through all the sales paper work efficiently and carefully to make sure everything was in proper order. We are recommending this team to our son and daughter for their next car purchases. More

Fantastic car-buying experience I was dreading buying a newer car because I knew I was going to have to visit a lot of dealerships and deal with a lot of salespeople. My dad and I we I was dreading buying a newer car because I knew I was going to have to visit a lot of dealerships and deal with a lot of salespeople. My dad and I went to Skyline's Keizer Ford first because it was close to my home, and I had dealt with their service department before and had always been impressed. We were greeted first thing by Norm, who asked what I was looking for and what my budget was. Norm immediately showed me some vehicles that were within my price range and were exactly what I was looking for. I was extremely impressed and happy that he didn't try to show me any vehicles that were outside of my budget, or anything that he just wanted to get off of the lot - there was no pressure or stress involved. Norm definitely broke the car salesperson stereotype for me! Norm took me and my dad to all of the Skyline lots to look at different vehicles. During test drives, Norm was extremely personable and helped me narrow my decision down to the car that I ended up taking home - a 2014 Honda CRV. Walt then helped with all of the financial processes and answered all of my questions. Both Norm and Walt helped make the entire experience very easy, quick, and stress-free. I am so pleased with my car, and I have really appreciated all of the departments at Skyline calling every so often to check in. I would definitely recommend buying your next car or servicing your current car at Skyline Ford! More
