Disappointed in their service department. Twice they failed to rotate tires. Once because of "swelled lug nuts. Shoild have long since been fixed via recall by Ford Motors. You think I'm going to buy future Ford products? Not too likely my friend. Second failure to rotate tires was because of excess wear and sidewall aging evidence. My own inspection leads me to a different conclusion. At least rotate the tires for better wearing and alert me to the situation. Poor service technique. More

The shop has broken not one but two factory windscreens for my maverick. The 3rd windscreen is on order. They are going to have the body shop install the next one. After my oil change I received paperwork identifying issues with my truck but no one discussed or followed up with solutions or cost to fix. The dealership gave me a ride home with a cheerful driver who kindly picked me up and took me back to the dealership the following day when the repairs were complete. A wonderful service!
