This is quite comical! Does skyline not respond to emails or call people back and just post responses on here? I emailed you, your GM, and the service manager on 1/29 and it included a digital copy of my initial typed letter as well as images of Skyline's maintenence reports as well as those from Kendall Ford showing they corrected the recall work you did (and charged me for). I received a voicemail from Jim that day (1/29) while at work and have since left 3 voicemails in return with no call back (1/31, 2/1, and 2/6). I appreciate the lip service in your response, but the reality is that since I brought up my concerns, the only action has been Skyline dodging the issue.

I finally had the opportunity to speak with Jim. We discussed my concerns and Jim was very genuine and kind. He was able to resolve my concerns in a professional manner. Thank you Jim, for taking the time to listen and help!
