This dealership has had two of my Ford Broncos for 3 months and I have received no communication from them in addition they have pushed back my service start date multiple times. My car needed a new seatbelt and I was told they were not able to get the part from Ford and other dealerships would not sell to them. I really needed this fixed because I have captain seats in the back of m able to get the part from Ford and other dealerships would not sell to them. Gavin told me part was back ordered indefinitely so basically I was out of luck. He offered no alternative solutions (or even hope) This was unacceptable to me so after thought, I decided I would need to get the part myself so I asked Gavin to print out a list of dealers who had the part I needed. I called and ordered the part from a dealership in Medford (who overcharged me for shipping, I asked to be reimbursed the cost of shipping , Skyline said no). After I had the part in hand, it took several days to make an appointment to have part installed. I was told Gavin needed to schedule the appointment and after calling a couple days and leaving messages and him not returning my calls, I finally asked to speak with a manager and he was able to get me scheduled and it was another week before they could get me in. Even though I paid Skyline to replace the part, I felt I did some of the work myself by getting the necessary part. I do not feel “taken care of” like I have been in the past with the service department If I could get the part and was determined to do so, why couldn’t Skyline Ford?? Side note: while at the dealership I noticed a sign on wall stating if customer dropped off car the night before to offer delivery of vehicle after service was done. I commented on this saying I didn’t know they offered this service because it was not offered to me. Service employees did not respond. Another issue, my daughter would like to purchase an AWD Hybrid Maverick, which comes out in 2025. She emailed sales manager Adam, inquiring about ordering one and she has not heard back from him and it’s been several weeks. Now she’s considering buying a Subaru After receiving excellent service from Skyline Ford for years, I’m disappointed in their service lately. We’re wondering what’s changed with them?? More

I had a recall and oil and anti-freeze change done this time. My only complaint is that the technician changed the option on the instant fuel gauge to the left of the steering wheel while doing his work an time. This has happened before when I took my vehicle to Skyline Ford for service. I was not able to get the gauge back to the option I wanted and quit after 10 minutes of trying. The next day I returned the vehicle to Skyline Ford. The service advisor appeared put out when I requested someone return the fuel gauge to the original option but did it himself. More
