You're delays cost me significantly, both in time and money, as my rental car allowance was well exceeded on the insurance covered repairs. Fixing a leaking washer fluid line shouldn't be difficult either. The lack of communication regarding the various delays was horrid. If I had known my truck was just sitting waiting for parts or the tech on emergency leave I'd have picked it up and not wasted rental car time until it was truly needed. Your placating response left a lot to be desired too. Like it's some canned response and not genuine concern for losing a customer over your poor customer service.
