Almost total lack of empathy and poor communication. Dealership don't seem to care about the impact of having a brand new vehicle in the shop for over a week when it's our family's only vehicle. My son is a heavy duty mechanic and when my car needs more than routine see, I call him with the details and he tells me they are doing the right repair and at a very affordable cost. The support staff is great, including the county driver, the cashier, and the attendant taking calls to set up the service. Nice work and wonderful experience all the way around. More
