It took several trips to this dealership and another dealership in Newport before the new repair shop manager actually looked at our hood problem and finally arranged to fixed it. For 2 1/2 yrs Everyon dealership in Newport before the new repair shop manager actually looked at our hood problem and finally arranged to fixed it. For 2 1/2 yrs Everyone said we had an accident but the hood was not properly installed at the factory. Our 1st visit was was truck was 2 mos old. Thank you skyline repair shop very much! More

I called to make an appointment to have my windshield washer sprayer reattached to the hose and was told to just schedule an oil change and have them take care of it at that time. Brought my car in and w washer sprayer reattached to the hose and was told to just schedule an oil change and have them take care of it at that time. Brought my car in and was told the mechanics are only certified to do oil changes and she would check it herself and let me know. When she let me know via text my car was ready I responded asking about the issue and she never responded to me. When I arrived to pick up my car she was gone and nobody could answer my question. The next morning I reached out to ask if they can fix The issue or not and never got a response. I’ll take my vehicle elsewhere for service from now on. More
