The service is great, but your company policy of informing owners about needed maintenance upon the pickup of the vehicle (requiring another appointment to address) rather than informing us while ve informing owners about needed maintenance upon the pickup of the vehicle (requiring another appointment to address) rather than informing us while vehicle is in the shop and can be taken care of immediately is unacceptable for me. This is why I have given you 4 stars instead of 5. To be sure, other than that one issue, we have been treated very well - so well, in fact, we have ordered another Super Duty from you. More

2 weeks, 2 trips to repair TPMS. Your staff forgot they had picked up the car to fix it again. If I hadn't driven over to check on it, after I didn't get a call back, they wouldn't h Your staff forgot they had picked up the car to fix it again.
