Never use them. I took my truck in for routine maintenance. They didn't rotate the tires, didn't add DEF. Told me my batteries were low. A bit frustrating- booked an appointment in advance and explained that there was an issue with the TPSM that I wanted fixed. When the appointment arrived, I was told they “didn’t have anyone who could do t explained that there was an issue with the TPSM that I wanted fixed. When the appointment arrived, I was told they “didn’t have anyone who could do tires” so I would have to reschedule to get the issue resolved. Since I explained the issue when I made the appointment, it was surprising that no one was available to fix it and that no one else could handle tires in a garage full of mechanics. The tech also discovered other issues with the tires (old and needed to be replaced and lug nuts). The tires could not be replaced because, again, no one was available who “does tires.” They recommended that I replace all the lug nuts because they were old and “swollen,” which I did. But that seemed stupid because I was told they couldn’t get them off, but all they had to do was use a bigger size wrench (that used metric). In retrospect, it seemed dumb to spend so much money on lug nuts that could still be removed easily, but still not be able to address any of the tire issues. More
