There is a definite lack of communication. After a very long wait for parts and having my wires regrounded on the driver side door because the windows were not working it was returned to me with the hood and latched with a dirty razor blade on the floor underneath my gas pedal which I assume they used in some type of work on my truck. And now after we grounding the wires on the driver side to make sure the electric windows work the locks do not work. I've been leaving messages for the manager and for Gavin which have gone unreturned. I will never ever ever come back to this Ford dealership again. I will go to a private mechanic where at least I'll get a better experience and better communication. I was told not to go to this dealership but I did and I should have listened to the people that told me. More

This should have been caught on 4-22-24 Told me they could have the part in house on the 1st and replaced it on the 2nd. I live 20 miles away and told them I could leave the car if they would give me a ride home. Was told that this was outside the drop off range. i. What is interesting is that they offered a woman a ride home that was the same distance the morning of the 29th. I know this because I was in the drop off van when the driver was told to drop me off and take a woman to Silverton, and that Arturo approved it ii. When I confronted Arturo with this he said “Did I?” and walked away. As a result, I was required to drive my SUV back home and bring it back the next day. iii. I was called later in the day by Arturo asking if there were any parts inside the vehicle. There was an air filter that was not supposed to be in the vehicle. More
