The place was the worst in terms of pushing they stuff they wanted you to get and not actually helping with your problems. The last time we get the Escape serviced before it died, they lost a bunch of stu they wanted you to get and not actually helping with your problems. The last time we get the Escape serviced before it died, they lost a bunch of stuff for the 100000 mile check to be done as precautionary measures, yet the didn't bother to mention the mandatory recall. When the transmission went out a couple months later, they didn't do anything to help out with options other than say to by a brand new transmission. I did not get it replaced and didn't want anything to do with Ford again so I sold the car for parts and got a Chevy and couldn't be happier. More
My service took almost 5 months because it was not a priority. The tech kept getting taken off the job. When I got the vehicle back not everything was fixed.
