Most integrety and commitment to customer I have seen I recently bought a used truck at the Keizer store. I took it to a shop and it ended up costing almost 3000 dollars to fix. I worked with Leon who had BJ's blessing and they covered nearly all the cost of the repair. Believe me when I say I will never go to any other auto dealer. Skyline ford is truly a step above the rest of the dealerships in the valley. Thank you for your commitment to your customers Skyline.. The sales department at skyline made up for my bad experience yesterday and reimbursed me for what I had to pay for technician's time. I appreciate them reaching to me and making it right! I got reimbursed for what I paid servicing the key of my 2013 ford focus less than 24 hours later! I will definitely buy my future cars from skyline Ford, the people at the sales department and management made things right! Thank you for recognizing when a mistake has been made and for listening to my concerns! If you buy a car, go to Wally! I highly recommend him! I definitely see an Escape in the future, and Wally will be our salesman. More
