Great Service Department I drove into the Skyline Ford dealership in Salem, Oregon on a Monday morning at 7:15 a.m. hoping to get an oil change scheduled. They were being slam I drove into the Skyline Ford dealership in Salem, Oregon on a Monday morning at 7:15 a.m. hoping to get an oil change scheduled. They were being slammed with other cars in need of repair this morning but thanks to Jason Flanagan I received his usual great customer service and I was in and out within the hour. I can only imagine what it takes to do his job as well as he does, a lot of patience with his customers, a good memory for details, and a complete follow through with each vehicle coming in for service. I would bet this is only the tip of the iceberg for what his job entails each and every day. Thank you Jason for being a part of the Skyline Ford team, you are greatly appreciated. Sharon Kadell More

Immediate need solved by Skyline Ford Both Bob Olin, Parts, and Katrina in services exceeded expectations by finding and replacing a bent wheel all within 8 hours from my call. We were on Both Bob Olin, Parts, and Katrina in services exceeded expectations by finding and replacing a bent wheel all within 8 hours from my call. We were on a multi-state trip and ran over a hole that destroyed our wheel/tire. After calling Bob at 9am, he was able to get a new wheel and tire to match our explorer by 3pm and Katrina and the services team got us back on the road by 5pm. Although the alignment is a little off, but the speed of finding, sourcing and replacing all these items without an appointment was very impressive. More

Difficult Problem With a 3.5L Ecoboost Engine I took my 2013 F150 3.5L Ecoboost in for service because when I stepped on the gas pedal hard the engine and transmission did not hook up. Because a lot of vehicles today are controlled electronically, I figured it had to be some sort of a "communication problem" between the engine and transmission. Frank, the Service Advisor, was very patient with me (this truck is my "baby") and he kept me informed as to the status of the service as it took some time to find the problem because the pickup would not replicate the symptom for Skyline. (Very clever truck ! :-) ) Frank, also arranged for a loaner vehicle for me as I really needed one! They had to put a Master Certified Engine/Transmission Mechanic on the pickup to finally figure out that the timing chain had stretched and (especially) under hard acceleration the truck could not read (understand the timing from the Timing Chain). Frank was very calm and very professional while I was frantically concerned for my "baby". The pickup is now running like new again !! Yeah Frank and crew !!! More

I was pr Under previous service management my warrantee claim for undue wear on the convert top of my 2016 Mustang was not taken seriously and denied. I was prepared to redress the situation with the dealership owner or go to the Better Business Bureau if need be. 3 or 4 months later the new representative, Vince, took fantastic care in listening to my concerns and merely days later I had authorization for a new top and a passenger back window that had scoring on it. At drop off Vince secured a loaner vehicle for me and to my delight recognized that I'm a large guy who commutes for work. Instead of putting me in the cheapest little hatchback you might expect he set me up with a great full size Fusion hybrid that gets crazy gas mileage. The week of being without my Stang was much less painful. During the replacement, mid-week, Vince called and gave me updates about the work. I even stopped by once and he was more than happy to show me what was being done. On completion my Stang looks fantastic. All the work was top notch, probably better than factory. He emphasized the 2 year warrantee on all the work. I couldn't be happier and I owe Vince and the guys who did the work much gratitude. My family have been customers of Skyline for many years and at times had concerns about service/repairs (never the product). Vince and the shop team have definitely earned my loyalty and I would refer everyone to use their services. I deal with the dealership in Corvallis from time to time on our fleet vehicle and I don't know how those jokers stay in business. Great job Skyline !!! More

Staff was friendly and after some discussion more than happy to take care of the install for me. More
