Service Department Review I've been to quite a few shops in the past for new cars. I even have a brand new Ken Garff facility I could go to that is closer to my house. I choose LHM in Provo simply because they really are the BEST service department I have used in all my years of owning new cars. ALL the service advisors are very knowledgable. They ALWAYS check for any recall notices. All work has been done on time or earlier. When I ask to see my vehicle as it is being serviced, they take me back immediately with no questions asked. It's too bad ALL Chevy service departments are not this well run. More
