5 hours to tell me my brake fluid was low I had an appointment at 11:30am. I arrived at 11:15. I explained what the issue was and was told that I would be called back later in the afternoon. I had an appointment at 11:30am. I arrived at 11:15. I explained what the issue was and was told that I would be called back later in the afternoon. At 3:30pm I called back because I hadn’t heard anything. The service representative told me that they hadn’t found what was wrong with my truck. I was told that I could pick my truck at 5:30pm if I needed my truck over the weekend. Hopefully they would know what was wrong by then but they wouldn’t be able to fix it until Monday. I was also told that I could leave my truck there over the weekend and that there is no storage fee if I decided to do so. At 4;30 I received a voicemail saying that the issue was low brake fluid. Does it really take 5 hours to find out that my brake fluid was low? More
