Poor Customer Service I spoke with Greg Ingram and arranged looking at two vehicles. Upon arrival, I told the receptionist I was meeting with Greg. Waited about 4-5 minut I spoke with Greg Ingram and arranged looking at two vehicles. Upon arrival, I told the receptionist I was meeting with Greg. Waited about 4-5 minutes and another salesperson came up front and ask what vehicle I was interested in. He stated Greg was in the back. Another 4-5 minutes later, another salesperson came and stated Greg was busy, and he would get the cars and show them to me. NEVER MET WITH GREG nor heard from him. Vehicles were not ready as Greg stated they would be. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The trunk would not open on the Toyota Highlander and the Cadillac had a very loud ticking sound from the engine area. I definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
This is a response to your message.... you send the key fob 5 weeks after you had promised and for more than a week now I’ve been called SCOTT and leaving him text and voice messages to see when the reimbu fob 5 weeks after you had promised and for more than a week now I’ve been called SCOTT and leaving him text and voice messages to see when the reimbursement check is going to be sent out and no response yet. I have also tried calling the accounting department and managers regarding this matter and not a single person has called me back to try to resolve this issue! More
Terrible Customer service! WARNING!!! I highly recommend if you live out of state, and are looking to purchase a vehicle at Sir Walter Chevrolet to strongly consider purchasing WARNING!!! My experience was terrible from start to finish, literally from the receptionist all the way down to the finance manager. I’ve read all the reviews on their website, trust me that they have to be fabricated. Because this dealership set unrealistic expectations for someone living out of state, the staff was very lazy, and unprofessional..just calling it like I see it. They sold a truck out from underneath my nose, all because I wouldn’t give them the check for the full pay off amount...all before I test drove it. Now mind you, again I live out of state, and over 3 hrs away. I also work a full time job..so I can’t just pick up and head out of town whenever I want. i asked them simply to hold that truck for 72 hrs until I could get up there (on the weekend) I would be there first thing Saturday morning to test drive the vehicle, and purchase it right after. The purchase agreement was sent, and received on both ends. A letter from my bank notifying Sir Walter Chevrolet, that I was approved for the full purchase amount. On top of that all, my appointment was set for Saturday 9/28 to make the three hour trip there to test drive, and purchase the vehicle as that would be the earliest I could make it. Long story short none of what I did for them or what they asked me to do was enough for them to offer the slightest customer service. They had the opportunity to do the right thing, and chose not too. For more of a pain free process I’d encourage you to shop somewhere else. They do not have your best interest at mind. SIR WALTER CHEVROLET please I don’t need a response on here from you about my terrible experience, better yet just do better from here out, and treat your customers better!! First step of treating them better will he leaving this post up, so at least fair warning has been given. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! More

This I call very professional. When I got to the dealership Steve introduced me to Greg. Greg and I went out to see what type of car I would want and we test drove. To make a long story short those two men did a super job helping me to get 2019 Chevy Malibu which I love. I would recommend Steve or Greg to help anyone. Thanks. Shelia More
2 visits and damaged vehicle both times Purchased my '18 Colorado here, service for torque converter once, vehicle had ding in the right wheel arch. Second service for same issue (which was supposed to be fixed right the first time) and now I have oil on my roof liner inside the vehicle, above the drivers door. Extremely frustrated with lack of response from anyone at this dealership - Service dept are friendly and courteous, however, the actual service quality is poor to terrible. DO NOT bring your vehicle here for service!! Buy here sure, but please get service elsewhere unless you enjoy making complaints..... More

$500 charge for not making an appointment This dealership will charge you $500 if you walk in to buy a car with no appointment. They would not waive this fee and let me walk out the door and l This dealership will charge you $500 if you walk in to buy a car with no appointment. They would not waive this fee and let me walk out the door and lost a $33,000 truck sale in the process . I have never heard of such an idiotic policy that must have come about as a solution to improve the bottom line. Make sure you read the fine print. I will never return for anything. More

They had the best deals on new Silverados hands down and their price was as advertised, which made the process very quick compared to previous truck buying experiences elsewhere. The store is very clean and has nice amenities while waiting for maintenance work and I’m always offered transportation during my service visits if I don’t want to hang around. Christian in service is a rock star. More
Client/Sales are great...Service is questionable. I had such a great experience with the purchase of my new '19 Silverado. My Sales Advisor, Bryan was great. Super nice guys! There were two accessories that I wanted as part of the deal; a tonneau cover and tool boxes. Of course, sales was eager and able to sell them, even though they have little knowledge of accessories, to make the deal. They did their job and verified they would be able to honor the deal by installing the accessories, as requested. Now comes the reason for 3 Stars... It took +2 weeks to get the accessories in, during a time where everything is shipped in 2 days or less. There were two small issues with the finish on the truck that were noted during my pre-delivery checklist...no big deal. I set up an appointment to take the truck in for the install of the tonneau and the toolboxes only to later find out that 1) the "guy" that does their finish work wasn't there that day and 2) the toolboxes don't fit. The finish "guy" being off isn't such a big deal as everyone deserves their time off. The big disappointment is in the service department for throwing their hands up about the toolboxes instead of calling the manufacturer for clarifying details. I reached out to the MFG for clarification to find that the boxes do fit fine, when installed correctly. The service department didn't know what they were doing, so they moved on and put the problem off to someone else. So, I am going to have to take the truck back for the install (which I could easily do myself, but it is the principle and what I paid for). During all of this, I had to deal with my sales advisor instead of the service manager calling me to discuss the issue. Again...a SALES advisor...not the guy responsible for installing it. The guy we spoke to at the parts counter was a bit smug at first and didn't appear to want to help. He ended up coming around, which I appreciated. The whole experience makes me wonder if they can take care of my truck for years to come and wonder what the next experience will be like. More
