Great Service! Received GREAT customer service from Shawn Brown in the service center. I originally came into fix 2 recalls on my car (one was a recall and the other Received GREAT customer service from Shawn Brown in the service center. I originally came into fix 2 recalls on my car (one was a recall and the other was a special coverage recall). Not only did he fix both recalls, he also fixed an additional problem with the car that I didn't even know was a special coverage recall. He did all of this is ONE day no less! This experience really exceeded my expectations...WOW! Will be a customer for life!!!! More

Salesman Could not find Truck Saturday Oct 29 I went to Sir Walter Chevrolet to talk to someone about buying a truck. Sales person standing in the lobby said he could help, he got Saturday Oct 29 I went to Sir Walter Chevrolet to talk to someone about buying a truck. Sales person standing in the lobby said he could help, he got a computer, looked up the low end model I was interested in, went got keys and then took a walk around the entire parking lot looking for the truck (even behind the dealership) - he never found it. Maybe this is a Sir Walter Chevrolet dealership joke - to walk customers around the lot without ever finding the vehicle they say they can sell you. I left. I suggest no one go to this place; or if you do, make them bring the vehicle to you. Now I know why Dodge trucks are outselling Chevy's. I will buy a truck within the next two weeks and it will be from a dealership who can find their suggested truck and not play games with customers. More
If I ever buy a Chevy Again it will not be with Sir Walter After having my tires balanced and rotated and replacing a water pump for the 3rd time on two different cars. 2 on a Chevy Cruise and Now on a Malibu. Don't buy any Chevy with a turbo charged 4 cylinder engine. Both my cars had same engine. The tech never reset or checked the tire pressure sensors. Took back second time and was told I needed two tires they still did not reset tire pressure sensors. Service Manager was not sympathetic or emphatic. General Manager promised a reduction in cost due to inconvenience. Never ever did nor had intentions. More
Deal gone bad I was buying a 2015 Subaru BRZ Limited Series.Blue and had negociated deal and with check in hand went to pick up from Winston-Salem, NC. I arrived fo I was buying a 2015 Subaru BRZ Limited Series.Blue and had negociated deal and with check in hand went to pick up from Winston-Salem, NC. I arrived for the test drive and the salesman Jerry Washington was not available and he had Andre meet me for the formalities. Very nice and accommodating, answering all questions and was very knowledgeable of the car's features and benefits. He took me down a road with curves to show off the versatility and handling and was going to reverse the trek; when I asked to drive on the highway and he took me back along the highway nearby; when I commented "this was priced appropriately for the Series.Blue" and he said "I don't know about that". and I said " that was what the online ad and the paperwork says it is; a Series.blue" . He said "he didn't know" and when when we got back, I gave them the cashier's check, but was being delayed excessively for what was supposed to be a quick in and out. The dealership was strewn with Corvettes and Camaros with red calipers. My Father-in-Law was impatient and walking around outside and I went out one more time to look at the car, when I noticed that the car "as reviewed" was supposed to have red calipers among many features, and I looked it up again and this wasn't the car; me being preoccupied didn't pick up on it. Then I realized that the salesman; Andre "Mr. Knowledgable and Expert on this model" had picked up on the major mistake and had notified his management ; and that explained sudden ignorance and lack of knowledge of his comments. When he said " I don't know about that" he in fact did know. I called my son to screen shot the ad and when he looked it up the Series.Blue had magically disappeared. It also explained the frantic behavior and delaying tactics i.e;" Wells Fargo made the check for 6 cents too much, we have to redo the paperwork" ; actually gave me a nickel and a penny, and that's all. I asked for the cashier's check almost 25 k and they gave it right back and I left. Andre saved their bacon, because with the paperwork and emails I had in my possession, it would have been bad, but of course it would have taken a long time to litigate. The price was right for the model described, but without the designation it was average or little rough. The manager called me and apologized. If not for Andre both I and the dealership would have had a bad long time in court. The potential for damages are very great in this state for fraud. If the dealership doesn't like my comments, they can review all the emails and paperwork I have and call me anytime. I hope to waste as much of their time as they wasted of mine, by contacting the BBB, the attorney general of NC. More

Our son had been considering buying a new Silerado for about a year and recently had been to another dealership, but did not purchase. Had it not been for the salesperson Karen Cockerel we do not think he would have purchased a vehicle. She listened to what he was wanting in a new truck, was very patient, she seemed to have a sense to know that he wanted what he wanted. (Meaning she never tried to upsell.) She is not just a salesperson, she is an incredible person. She speaks to you and not at you, it is like having a casual conversation with a friend Jason Cassel who did the financing was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions in detail. He invited us to look at the rates which lenders were offering on this particular purchase. ( We know several lenders will offer different rates and terms depending on a credit score.) He was open, up front and he is great at what he does. More
