I recently purchased a slightly used 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from Sir Walter Chevrolet in Raleigh, NC, and what started as an exciting new truck buy has quickly turned into a nightmare. Less than a month af ZR2 from Sir Walter Chevrolet in Raleigh, NC, and what started as an exciting new truck buy has quickly turned into a nightmare. Less than a month after driving it off the lot, I noticed the engine overheating, and I’ve had to constantly monitor and refill the coolant levels daily just to keep it running safely. I took it to my trusted mechanic, who performed a pressure test and confirmed an upper radiator hose leak. The vehicle is still well under warranty, so I reached out to Sir Walter’s service department expecting a straightforward fix. Instead, they’ve been dragging their feet—insisting I schedule an appointment at their convenience, drop off the truck, and wait for them to “figure it out” whenever they get around to it. No sense of urgency, no loaner vehicle offered, and no willingness to make this right without me jumping through unnecessary hoops. This is unacceptable for a dealership selling certified or warrantied vehicles. Buyers beware: inspect everything thoroughly before signing, and don’t count on prompt post-sale support. I’m posting this in hopes it lights a fire under them to resolve my issue properly, but based on my experience so far, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere for your next Chevy. More

FALSE Advertising ! ! Saw a deal they had online for a truck. For $35k Bought it online at the price they had listed. Drove over an hour to go pick it up and they told me ! Would not trust them because since then I have seen them do that mulitple times. Should be illegal to advertise items they don't sell at that price. More

He made sure we are well treated with respect and did not hesitate to show the same thing again or answer the same questions again. This helped us make the decision with full information. We had to wait for over an 1.5 hrs to do the final signatures. But the finance person was very polite and kind to apologize and explained the delay was largely due to a technical issues they had. Overall, its a great experience and I will definitely recommend to my friends. More

The inspection video was of the technician (DEVANTE CALDWELL - 86A) whistling and the car chime. Not helpful. I visited this service center on Glenwood Ave in Raleigh to get 2 new tires. They placed tires in my car that were too small and charged me for tires that cost more than the ones they put on! Disgusting to to get 2 new tires. They placed tires in my car that were too small and charged me for tires that cost more than the ones they put on! Disgusting to take advantage of someone like that and then tell me to “drive safely” as I’m leaving. The service center on Capital Blvd is no better. You can only schedule or ask about parts thru a text message that no one responds to. More
