The most amazing buying experience!!! First of all. I have bought over 50 vehicles in my lifetime. These people must be the rudest bunch of salesmen that i have ever encountered. From the moment i drove onto the lot, they went out of their way to not only ignore me, but to make sure that my experience wa have ever encountered. From the moment i drove onto the lot, they went out of their way to not only ignore me, but to make sure that my experience was as unpleasant as possible. They wouldn't listen to what i wanted and kept offering me things that they thought i could afford, not what i really wanted to buy. When we finally settled on a vehicle, they made my husband and i sit and wait for the finance manager for over an hour, only to find out later that they just couldn't do anything about it that day. needless to say, we didn't return and i ended up buying my DODGE from a FORD dealership just a few miles down the road.
