Oil Change and Recalls Brought my truck in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisors found 2 outstanding recalls for my vehicle and were able to complete the Brought my truck in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Awful experience every time. I despise coming to this place. I do all of my oil changes and maintenance elsewhere because I’ve never had a good visit. This one was no different. The final time I called they told me it was in..yet nobody called to tell me. Same thing when it was finished. I called and they said oh yes it’s done. Customer service needs to be addressed. I had to stand at the desk for a long time until I finally yelled at a service guy to please find someone to help. Took longer than they told me to get a recall part changed. When I came to pick up my car, there were a couple of grease spots on the interior of my car. The radio was all messed up and my blue tooth speaker had been removed and was dangling. As a customer, my car should be given back to me in the exact same way it was dropped off. Just a terrible experience all the way around. Recalls will be the only reason I bring my car back here. More

I had to drop my car off to have work done and since I am a military spouse and my husband was out of state Chris and the service department scheduled it so that it would impact my schedule as little as possible. They were very thoughtful to my independent needs and returned my car faster than I could have hoped. Thank you for your hard work and being so friendly and understanding!
