This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. From beginning to end, horrible experience. I called their office asking about a car on their website. The woman told me that it was available and ready for pick up if we could make it there by their last appointment time. I live an hour and a half away and left immediately. We got there and Donovan Smith was our sales person. He told us that the car was being serviced and asked who we spoke to because the representatives “suck” and always give out bad information. He spoke to his manager and told us that since we were lied to and drove a long way, that they would hold the vehicle for us until it came back from being serviced. We said great, what do we need to do to ensure we can get the car. He took my drivers license and name and said he would call us. We spoke to him two days later and he gave the same guidance. Come to find out, it was sold that morning to someone else. When I called to find out what happened his manager Ron Edwards told me we were given the option to put money down and that they do not hold vehicles. This was the completely opposite guidance that we were given. I asked for Donovan and Ron to call me back both on the line because Donovan was out of the office for 4 days and Donovan completely xxxxxxxxxxx me the entire time, lying to my face. Both of these men were ignorant, liars, and unprofessional. I hope the owners of this dealership take a good look at who they have representing their company because if these men treat everyone the way they treated me, they’re going to be in a heap of trouble. 0/5 More
Donovan in sales was very helpful in getting a deal put together over a couple days. The service crew was exceptional. Friendly and cooperative. I spent 35+ years running an ag & lawn equipment dealership’ together over a couple days. The service crew was exceptional. Friendly and cooperative. I spent 35+ years running an ag & lawn equipment dealership’s service department so I recognize good attitude when I see it and everyone I encountered demonstrated it. Bill Sims also seemed like a good down to earth guy and the employees affirmed my impression. More

My newly purchased Certified Buick Regal from SIMS Buic wmsims@simsautopark.com If I could rate a "0" I would. Today was my fourth and LAST visit. My newly purchased Certified Buick Regal from SIMS Buick has been taken in for repair 4X in one month now since my unfortunate purchase. Got the run around each time and they were not willing to take the vehicle back since they were not successful (4X) in fixing the transmission (slipping gears and buckling) and the pronounced pull to the left. They even took my car for a 19 mile test drive today! I know, unheard of! But SIMS Buick did exactly that and kept my car in Service for a day and half. Their Service team swore up and down Buick transmissions do hunt for gears and "chuckle", what they called it. Well, no one is chuckling today. So, please avoid SIMS Buick. They threatened to call the cops when I was insisting on returning the lemon they sold me only three weeks ago. DO NOT TRUST THEM. More
Avoid. I took my car in multiple times for an annoying clicking in the dash. From my first visit, everyone immediately seemed to be angry with me. Not only did they do absolutely nothing to fix my car, I was told that my problem didnt actually exist. It didn't matter that I hear it every day and have several recordings of the noise, or that the smug mechanic had acknowledged the noise, it's cause, and source a week prior. They decided there was no noise and that I was a liar. When I asked to speak to the owner, he immediately had the attitude that he was going to explain to me how I was a liar and how apparently every single employee had found the time to drive my car and none of them heard the noise THEY HAD ALREADY ACKNOWLEDGED A WEEK BEFORE. during my unpleasant visit, I witnessed the rude girl service manager screaming at several other employees, and since there was no waiting room, I sat in the showroom for an hour listening to salesman making fun of their customers. If you like being disrespected and treated like you're making up problems with your vehicle just for fun, then this is the place for you. More
Buying a New car after driving the same car for twenty years Never felt more at ease when I was at this dealership to see the Nissan Versa. They were standing at the door waiting for me. That made me feel good to know that they thought of me enough to greet me in person. They showed me where they wanted me to go .When I sat down they offer me something to drink . I thought that was very nice of them to do such a nice gesture on their part. Then they went over everything with me about what I wanted in this car. They listen to me and wrote down the information that I gave them. They even went over the prices of these Nissan Versa. When we were finish with this part ,they took me out and showed me a Nissan Versa. The salesman went over each item on the car and how they each worked. I was so impressed how everything was laid out. Then he got in the back seat and I got in the driver seat. I was able to test drive the car. When I went on the bypass he told me to press the gas to see how fast it goes . For I had a 4 cylinder years ago that did not have power when we were going up hill. So when he said that this car was a 4 cylinder I was skeptical about it until I saw for myself how fast it can go. When we got back to the dealership . We went back inside and went over what he had on the lot. I wanted a certain color and I wanted to not have a spoiler on the back. So he went in to see where here could find a car that I wanted . There searched the web sight and found just the car I was wanting . They had to send a driver down to West Virginia to get the car . When we were finished he told me that when they get the car to the dealership he would call me and he did. Everything went smooth and easy. They always told me that a woman should never go car shopping by her self because these salesman would take you to the cleaners. I found out different . They were truthful from the start and I now have a 2015 Nissan Versa. I just fell in love with it and I am happy that Sam Shipton was my salesman . He was there every step of the way to make my purchasing of my new car easy and joyful. I am glad that I chose them for my purchase. More
My overall satisfaction with the dealership is great.
