First time I've been truly hurt (emotionally) from poor service. Check engine light came on. Transmission issues. Car didn't get inspected until 3 days later. Finally they called and said they couldn't service. Check engine light came on. Transmission issues. Car didn't get inspected until 3 days later. Finally they called and said they couldn't read the check engine light because they can't read check engine light codes after 48 hours. It sat in their back lot for over 48 hours... They returned the car doing nothing EXCEPT crushing my lock button on my key fob. Not only did I pay for a rental car for nothing ($250) I'll also have to pay for a new key fob, program and all for $100 from a local key company. Initially I asked Simpson Chevy if they could help with the key fob since they broke it. Radio silence. All in all - I'll spend $350 for Chevy TO FIX NOTHING AND TO BREAK MY KEY FOB. Impressive disappointments, the cast at Simpson Chevy. More

Save yourself 1.5 to 2.5 hours of your life for a simple oil change. I purchased oil change package at the same time I bought my 2017 Silverado. Over the last few years, the wait time (with an appointment) has been 1.5-2.5 hours for an oil change. Terrible service!!! Each time I go in, the service techs try to upsell and make "dealer recommended" service suggestions. Save yourself a ton of money by researching manufacturer recommended services before you agree to any and all "dealer recommendations". By far, the worst auto service I have ever received. PS...if and only if, they complete the complimentary car wash, they do not dry it. Say hello to water spots all over your chrome! More
Terrible Service Department. Left my car overnight so they would have it first thing in this morning. Spoke with tech at 7 am and then No One ever called me back to let me know the status. I called late afternoon and they said the tech was out on a ride with a customer and still No One called me back. Then they closed shop and went home. No offer of a loaner car. How am I supposed to get to work??? Don't buy from them or take take your car there for service. The service manager should be fired. Had to enter one star to submit but it should be negative 5 stars. More

When I called in, Jonathan McGee said the dealership would own up to it and replace When the dealership damages your vehicle and does not mention it. Excellent Customer Service I was so impressed with my treatment at Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove. Yobani Graciano was very apologetic that the item I needed replaced was not I was so impressed with my treatment at Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove. Yobani Graciano was very apologetic that the item I needed replaced was not in stock. He suggested keeping the car at the dealership, but I needed it that day. He said the part would be in between 11:00 and 1:00 that day, but I chose to make another appointment for the next day. He said he would personally make sure the part was in the next morning. Yobani set up an appointment for me, filled out all the paperwork so I wouldn't have to wait, and was extremely courteous. The next morning I arrived for my appointment, and Fernando Trejo took care of me. The paperwork was ready, the item was in stock, and before very long my car was serviced and I was on my way. Fernando was very helpful and polite. He even had my car washed before he returned it to me. The cashier, Ursula Ramos, was extremely courteous. She even gave me a bouquet of flowers to thank me for servicing my car at their dealership. Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove will continue to be my service shop of choice. More
