i did receive good costumer service when I arrived but after I left it all went down hill. I received text messages about my car but when I asked a question to William through the number that was provided after I left it all went down hill. Also, when I received my vehicle the things in my vehicle were moved. Stuff in my vehicle doors were on the floor. The center console had items shifted around in it and the items under dash panel near the floor was taken out and thrown on the seat. What also bothers me is I am paying for a maintenance package and nothing on this service was covered which is odd because we recently had an upgrade to our plan. I hate to say this but I received better service at Ford with my last vehicle. More
I feel like the dealer kept my truck for too long for what I was asking. I wanted 100,000 mile maintenance items (fuel system flushing, etc), a tune up, and to check an engine light. I dropped the truck what I was asking. I wanted 100,000 mile maintenance items (fuel system flushing, etc), a tune up, and to check an engine light. I dropped the truck off on Monday night for a Tuesday appointment. I didn't receive a call until Wednesday night telling me the result of the check engine light and that they needed to order a part. I asked if I could pick up the truck and bring it back when the part arrived, but they hadn't done the maintenance items yet. It was still not ready on Thursday afternoon. I was finally able to pick up the truck on Monday afternoon, but they forgot to do the tune up and still didn't have the part. So the truck was in the facility for over a week for just some 100,000 mile maintenance items. I did receive a rental car, that I appreciated, and the William was very nice, but overall, not a great experience. I would have expected them to complete the maintenance items on Tuesday and order the part. I should have had my truck back on Tuesday night. I just had the tune up and part replaced at another mechanic and they had it all done same day. More
Just finished up a 3 oil change package and every service was performed in a reasonable time with the longest being 1 hour & 45 minutes and the fastest time was just 45 minutes. Nice Surprise! I think the truck was also washed as the hood was super shiny when I picked it up-another nice touch. More
