Service 6/10/25, 2023 Silverado 2500HD, appointment for oil change and to check brakes and windshield washers. When I arrived I was told they could only do oil change because I did not have appointment fo oil change and to check brakes and windshield washers. When I arrived I was told they could only do oil change because I did not have appointment for other issues and they were too busy. After making complaint to manager, the other issues were addressed. Although I appreciate they were able to address my issues, I should not have had to complain. I travel over 40 miles to have service done. I purchased truck here and appreciated the help I was given when I purchased the truck, as I was not able to find a dealer, at the time, that could accommodate my needs. At that time, those trucks were hard to get. I felt they deserved my patronage. Although prior services were excellent, I couldn’t believe I was treated like I wasn’t valued. Also, my service papers show the truck was driven 47 miles. When I asked why so many miles were on the vehicle I was told the computer was not correct. Didn’t notice until i wrote this review, but the paperwork does not designate the service advisor’s name. All other visits, paperwork shows service advisor’s name. Rated 2 stars only because management did not brush me off. Thank you. More
First, I made an appointment through the 1-800 number, but when I called the following day to speak with a service advisor, no one seemed to know that my vehicle had even been dropped off. I was eventuall but when I called the following day to speak with a service advisor, no one seemed to know that my vehicle had even been dropped off. I was eventually assisted by a salesman, not a service advisor, and when I requested to speak with someone from the service team, I was told no one was available but that I would receive a call back the next day. Unfortunately, that call never came. When I came to pick up the vehicle a few days later, I was informed that one of the issues I had reported couldn’t be diagnosed. Instead, the vehicle had simply been pressure washed and I was told to bring it back another time after the oil leak could be traced. This was disappointing, as the source of the leak was fairly obvious, yet I was told it couldn’t be confirmed. At the time of pick-up, I again tried to speak with the service advisor, who was unavailable, and I also asked to speak with the technician directly to understand why the issue couldn’t be identified, but he was also not available. At that point, I decided to take the vehicle and follow up later. This experience left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the level of service and communication. Jose Guerrero with service made my experience super enjoyable. He gave me all the information I needed and provided an uber to drop me off and bring me back when my truck was ready.
