German has great customer service! ! No complaints there However whoever I spoke with over the phone that set up my most recent appointment to have my shifter replaced assured me I ! But when I got there there was so set up for loaner vehicle I was lucky enough that the cashier was able to provide me with one!! Other than that the experience was great.. More
