This is our 3rd or 4th truck from Simpson. Let's say buying them was the easiest part. We purchased the maintenance plan and the service plan from them. My truck works for a living had it 4 Let's say buying them was the easiest part. We purchased the maintenance plan and the service plan from them. My truck works for a living had it 4 months' with over 20,000 miles. Oil changes every 5,000 miles. They were good until recently. At the 17,000 mile mark the truck was having trouble starting and I got concerned. After taking it in, they blamed me for buying bad gas and over $700 later for an alleged injector cleaning. Good luck finding real diesel #2 and not just Bio-Diesel. So, I guess Chevy is selling trucks that can't function properly on CA fuel? I talked with sales, I talked with Finance, I tried talking to Service.(good luck with that) Now I was also told that my plan only covers 2 oil changes a year. WHAT? I drive 5,000 miles in a couple of weeks. The plan's only work at Simpson. (I would prefer to take it somewhere else) Contacted Century, the service plan. They know nothing of only 2 oil changes a year. Honestly, I feel scammed. I can't get any straight answer's, and they no longer call me back. Good luck if you buy and service with them. You have been warned. More
