I was over charged for my vehicle, I was given a price over text and once i came in to sign the paperwork there was additional charges of about 7K put on the car of extras that i never agreed on! No one told me anything about these charges and never went over any of these extra charges! I also tried to do everything online but sales rep kept saying he cant do everything online and i have to come in, i tried to do as much as i could online and when i came in it still took over an hour to complete, i have never had to wait over an hour after signing most paperwork online. After talking to the manager he said there is a option of me to do everything online and have the car delivered to my office! The sales person looks like a big liar in my books now. More

Austen was easy to work with and very energetic in internet sales. Car buying is not something that you look forward to dealing with but this went well. Timing was about 3+ hours from start to finis internet sales. Car buying is not something that you look forward to dealing with but this went well. Timing was about 3+ hours from start to finish but we had already test drove the trucks to compare engine configurations. We research and had an idea of what we wanted and ended up moving up one level for a reasonable price from our original plan. The MSRP reduction and GM interest rate was as originally provided before arriving at the dealership. Providing this information up front was the reason we came to the dealership. No forced add ons like other dealers even though they try to get you to add the items but it is not forced. Just say no and no pressure here like we had at two other dealerships that said it was already installed. No bait and switch here. More

To Whom It May Concern, I recently brought my vehicle to your dealership with the expectation of resolving a smog check issue and having an alignment performed. Unfortunately, my experience was f vehicle to your dealership with the expectation of resolving a smog check issue and having an alignment performed. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After leaving my vehicle at the dealership for four days, I received a call from the service advisor informing me that the only service performed was a regeneration and that nothing further could be done to address the smog issue. I was advised to simply drive the vehicle and hope the issue would resolve itself. In addition, following the alignment, I began to notice a clunking noise that was not present prior to the service. When I contacted the dealership regarding this concern, I was told that the noise was likely unrelated to the alignment. This response, along with the overall handling of my service appointment, has left me extremely disappointed in both the quality of the work performed and the level of customer service I received. I trust this matter will be looked into seriously, as I am concerned about the condition of my vehicle and the service provided. More
Terrible customer service. Went in for an oil change. Had an appointment and they promised my car back with in 1.5 hrs. I asked if they had a shuttle and was told that they cou Went in for an oil change. Had an appointment and they promised my car back with in 1.5 hrs. I asked if they had a shuttle and was told that they could get me an Uber ride but I was told that if I left then my car wouldn’t be ready till later in the day. I asked why and they said people that are waiting get first priority. I told the service adviser that I had an appointment, NOT a walk-in. And I mentioned that I had a party I needed to get to so I wanted to go home and get ready in the mean time. He insisted and said that if I left, my car would not be ready as promised, even if I got my own ride home. I mentioned again that I had an appointment and I should not lose my place in line if I decide to go home instead of waiting in the lobby. Adviser said “you don’t have to come get service here if u don’t like it, you can go somewhere else”. I did exactly as he said. I walked out and never coming back again. I was instantly reminded why I had stopped coming to this dealership long time ago. More
