The over all experience was poor. The explanation of repairs was poor and at one point the mechanic told me that I would have to replace my engine for 12 thousand dollars because of b The explanation of repairs was poor and at one point the mechanic told me that I would have to replace my engine for 12 thousand dollars because of bad lifters and cam shaft. The communication between dept's was poor it took forever to get my car back. The female cashier seemed irritated and bothered. More

GREAT service rep. The ONLY complaint I have is I don't like the text system you have now. I (Rosemarie) brought the car in myself, but the texts automatically go to The ONLY complaint I have is I don't like the text system you have now. I (Rosemarie) brought the car in myself, but the texts automatically go to my husband's cell. So he had to forward all the texts coming in to me. AND, I can't even respond to the text number they come from anymore. So, no complaints at all about the service or the service rep - more of a complaint about the dealership texting service! More
