I had the best car buying experience in my life at Simpson Buick. My relationship began when I contacted several dealers in southern California for price quotes. Most dealerships responded, but not like Simpson did. Not only did I get price quotes, but, I also received a follow-up phone call almost immediately. After I told Taylor what I was looking for, he assured me the vehicle I seeked was available in the color that I wanted. When I visited Simpson Buick,I decided almost on the spot to purchase. My decision was not hard to make after I took a test drive and toured the facility. Everyone I met seemed interested in me as a customer and a person. Once I decided to purchase, the financial process went as smoothly as well. I highly recommend Simpson Buick as the dealership to deal with when buying an automobile. More

I live in Valencia, more than 60 miles from Simpson Buick GMC and I would not take my car any where else for service. I bought my car here and they have always gone above and beyond for me. I asked for my experience to be low pressure and it was. Very friendly staff, helpful and courteous. The used car that I was interested in was waiting for me when I arrived. I was able to take it for a drive and all of the questions that I could think of were answered. My husband was unable to come due to work, so the dealership allowed me to take the vehicle home for a day so that he could see it and drive it back. This was a very generous offer.
