I purchased two 2006 Buick LaCrosse vehicles at Simpson and have an extended warranty on both automobiles. Even though we have service done at Simpson that is not covered by warranty, we go ahead anyway s and have an extended warranty on both automobiles. All the employees are professional, knowledgeable and courteous to me and my wife every time we visit the dealership. This is the second car I've purchased from Simpson Buick and I'm very pleased with the service I've received from them. I still can't believe they were able to find the 2011 LaCrosse with the exterior color and interior color I wanted along with the options I wanted -- it was impossible to find...but they found it! Everyone at this dealership is very friendly and helpful. Over the years with my 2007 LaCrosse I worked with James in Service and knew that he would always help me no matter how big or small my concern was. It's nice to feel like you have a "friend" when you need help. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to everyone. I recently came in for an oil change and a minor recall that needed to be fixed. Before I could call to make an appointment Jose called me to remind me I needed to get service done on my vechile.
