Getting my car serviced is never something that I look forward to, however, Ted Diesel really made an effort to get me in quickly, have the technician diagnose the problem, get the part ordered and still forward to, however, Ted Diesel really made an effort to get me in quickly, have the technician diagnose the problem, get the part ordered and still have me out in time to make it to an important meeting with one of my key customers. While many people complain that they feel that having work done at a dealership will result in them paying unreasonable prices and being charged for work they do not even need, Ted Diesel has always taken the time to describe the recommended work and even outlined what items should be done immediately and which can wait until my budget will allow the work. Ted has even gone so far as to call the Technician to the service desk so that my technical questions could be answered correctly. This level of service, along with the fact that even the Service Manager, Jay Malloy, went out of his way to stop and check to see if there was anything they could improve on. Greatly appreciated and although I do not look forward to future service work I will have to have done on my vehicle, I am sure that I will have the work done at Simpson. More

I do not normally do this this but I was asked to give an honest review of my sale process being that it was the second purchase in less than a year. It is my understanding, per Brian Cross, that Simpson GMC values what thier customer's thoughtsare to help them grow. I am in the sales busniess where follow up means everything. From the start of both vehicles Gary Simpson took the orderes but was terrible at following up. It's very disapointing when you start with one vehicle and end up with another. I should have gone back to Brian Cross who would return my calls and let me know what was going on This last epsiode with the van that I ordered, that took several months, I was told it would be here over a week ago by Gary. That was not the case. He even said it was unloaded off the rail car and ready to be trucked to the dealership over a week ago. Still no calls and still no van as of 6 days ago. I was ready to just back out. I received a call a few days ago from Brian telling me where the van was and when it would be here. Brian told me that he would bypass the normal routine and have the van picked up instead of waiting for it to be trucked. That is exactly what he did. Brian gave me a time when it would be there. I received a play by play of how it was going and it all happened as he said. Brian thank you for your help getting it all to happen today. I was ready to take back my deposit and be done with the whole thing. As a salesman, we do not get enough recognition but here's one for you Brian. Thank you very much. Jose Vinas is very attentive and listens to all your concerns and makes suggestions in a timely manner. All my warranty & out of pocket costs are clearly explained. I have never been a fan of taking a c concerns and makes suggestions in a timely manner. All my warranty & out of pocket costs are clearly explained. I have never been a fan of taking a car to be serviced at dealerships due to costs but with the 3 oil change vouchers for about $40, you cant go wrong. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I have bought two youkon xl's from Simpsons. both times the Experience,was Great no stress from the salesmen,the sales manager,or the finance officer.(NICE) The service department is Excellent....
