They were very patient, got me the car I wanted, were honest, and did not pressure me. They helped me to feel at ease with their friendliness, but still always remained professional. I felt they treated me like a loyal customer...which I am! More

Bill Cook was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to meet my needs, explain features of the car, and made sure I felt comfortable with the new technology before leaving the lot. I couldn’t be happier with the dealer or my choice of car! More

Tyler Sampsell took care of everything from the time I stepped in the door. Not only did he arrange to order my new car, it came quickly. He spent all the time that I needed to help me learn all the intricacies of my new automotive so that I am most comfortable with it and get the most from it. I couldn’t be happier! More

INCOMPETENT OR DISHONEST? - EITHER WAY, STAY AWAY IS SIMMONS ROCKWELL INCOMPETENT, AS THEY CLAIM THEY ARE, OR DISHONEST, WHICH I BELIEVE? REGARDLESS, THERE IS NO QUESTION THEIR GENERAL MANAGER HAS MAT IS SIMMONS ROCKWELL INCOMPETENT, AS THEY CLAIM THEY ARE, OR DISHONEST, WHICH I BELIEVE? REGARDLESS, THERE IS NO QUESTION THEIR GENERAL MANAGER HAS MATURITY AND ANGER MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS. I ordered a Subaru Outback from Simmons-Rockwell with a specific set of options. A week before they sold the car to me Subaru issued a bulletin saying the key option we wanted could not be installed on the car as it was configured. Simmons-Rockwell sold me the car anyway, and said they would install the options that were not factory-installed. Over a week later they told me they could not configure the car as it was ordered. I drove the car for two days, then it sat at the dealership for a week before they got up the nerve to tell me I could not have the car the way they sold it to me. I had already gotten rid of my old car so they left me stranded without a vehicle. They claimed they missed the bulletin. I offered to negotiate and asked for more financial consideration beyond just the value of the option they could not install. Not only did Jason Felker, Simmons-Rockwell’s General Manager, refuse, he yelled at me and said that they would buy back the car, and then followed my wife and me into the parking lot, still yelling. His claim that it was just a mistake – INCOMPETENCE. My claim was that they knew the car could not be delivered as ordered, but did it anyway – DISHONESTY, FRAUD. If you want to buy a car from a dealer A) that is either INCOMPETENT (their excuse) or B) DISHONEST (my opinion, although Jason Felker did convince me he is also IMMATURE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND INCOMPETENT) C) and you want to enjoy the experience of having Simmons Rockwell General Manager Jason Felker yell at you because of a mistake he made D) and leave you without any vehicle then Simmons-Rockwell is the dealer for you.
