Our used vehicle inventory is shared and constantly moving between 5 locations across the Southern Tier of New York and the the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. While we try our best to track vehicle locations in real-time there are some instances where it takes a bit longer to pinpoint a specific unit. We realize this can cause frustration and apologize if this comes across as "shady" but rest assured we are always looking at ways to improve the customer experience.
