Everything was very good except I wish they would’ve told me to empty the trunk because the technician did it and then everything just was thrown back in the trunk. Well let me start off by saying that when I contacted Toyota to set up an appointment and asked what service I needed for my 20,000 mile check I was told that I needed oil change & tire rotation. The female who I was setting appointment up with stated I also needed a Cabin Filter I advised her that the last time I was there they changed the Cabin Filter why would I need another? After checking the system she stated yes you did get it last time. I would think that when I speak to Rep that they would have my info up to see what was last done before telling me I need something. I was already feeling like she was trying to put something else on there that wasn't needed and I don't like when dealerships do this makes me not have Trust in you. I go in for my service that ended up costing me $377 dollars for an oil change & tire rotation. When I looked at the paperwork I was given I noticed that he marked it as customer requests some type of brake flush or fluid flush that I never requested and when I checked my car manual for the milage & what was needed makes no mention of this. I no longer Trust Toyota to do any kind of service on my car feels like I am being ripped off and no one likes that feeling. I expect a Dealership to be Honest about what is needed cause @ the end of the day we are not Mechanics to know what is needed just sucks when you feel your being taken Advantage of!!! More
