Following my initial concerns and questions, there was a delay. It took a number of days to get a response from a manager. However, after I spoke to somebody who seemed to be in a management position, but n delay. It took a number of days to get a response from a manager. I had a small crew in my rear tire. I was told the tire no fixable and need new tires. Cost 300 dollars. I did not need a new tire, I purchased my Toyota Highlander at Simi Toyota, I was very happy with the sale but one thinks for sure. If I need a repair, definitely I will go to somewhere else. Up until this last visit, Simi Toyota was 5 STAR. This last visit, not good. Some areas were just fine however when I arrived on time for my appointment (12:45) I received a Yellow 12:45 magnet and This last visit, not good. Some areas were just fine however when I arrived on time for my appointment (12:45) I received a Yellow 12:45 magnet and then a truck pulled in behind me with a 1:15 Yellow magnet (30 minutes early) and the service tech took that truck before checking me in. I asked another service tech why they would take a 1:15 at 12:45 when a 12:45 is in line first? Finally, after seeing some frustration growing, a service tech came out and said he would get my paperwork started for the tech who took the 1:15 truck. Once I was checked in, I sat in the lobby which again, no problems at all. When the service was complete, the tech who took the 1:15 truck called me up, checked me out and acted like just another day with no sort of explanation for his mix up earlier. I'll continue to visit Simi Toyota and hope this one appointment was just a hiccup to what is a very nice dealership. More
