After scheduling an early morning service appointment, it took over 2 hours to complete the service. This was unacceptable for a simple appointment. While I loved my Toyota connected services, when I bought my extended warranty and service package, no one explained the the oil changes were only paid for every 10k. Everyone knows, even with synthetic oil, my extended warranty and service package, no one explained the the oil changes were only paid for every 10k. Everyone knows, even with synthetic oil, you change your oil every 5k. Secondly, other dealerships wash and vacuum your car when you bring it in for service. I dropped my car off the night before. You'd think someone could have washed and vacuumed it in the time you had it. Secondly, the upsell, and COST of upsell is ridiculous. My son is an ASE certified mechanic at GMC. I told him how much you wanted for two air filters and a battery and he about choked. I ended up buying the parts for 1/4 of your cost and my son did the job for free. Your mark-up is WAY TOO HIGH!!
