Was there for 25k minor service. Took 4 hrs to complete. When I told the technician that I wanted my car back, had to go. My car hadn’t been touch 4 hours later. He said to give him 5 minutes and then he brought my car to the front. He said it was ready. It’s making believe that nothing was done because I never got service status notifications.and my car was brought to the front when I asked for it. Seems that my car was never worked on. I didn’t get any paperwork showing proof of what was done! More

I have an extended warranty on my vehicle, 10 years 100,000 miles. When I went to pick up my car nothing was addressed except for a paint recall. Remarks on my invoice stated I was out of warranty. Communication between my service advisor and myself is very limited! An email was sent to the service manager by the receptionist because of no response from my service advisor. No response by him either. My car is at the body shop now because of the paint recall and one of my original issues is being addressed. The other issue of my headlights discoloring from the inside of the casing is not covered. I called the extended warranty dept. at Toyota and talked with someone there and was informed if it was a problem from the hologen lights it should be covered as an electrical problem and he would not have a problem covering it. Waiting for the return of my car. More

Tried to get me to pay 800 dollars for a “4yr car service.” My car was fully serviced a year ago as I had bought it from a dealership then. More
