I spoke very clearly with regard to two issues to each employee I spoke with. The phone attendant did not notate my message correctly. The SA, service advisor, whom I refer to as the “sales associate”, wa employee I spoke with. The phone attendant did not notate my message correctly. The SA, service advisor, whom I refer to as the “sales associate”, was more concerned with selling me services that i had already taken care of after my full service 6 weeks ago, and less concerned about my reason for coming in. He did not listen clearly to my needs and request for services therefore he dis not communicate accurately to the mechanic. I didn't feel he was aa friendly as he could be. The mechanic seemed to do his best to address my concerns and shouldn't have has to apologize for the incompetence of the others who are making his job more difficult and taking my time. The mechanic acted professionally. I am considering going to a different dealership for my services next time. . I didn't give 2 stars because the mechanic was helpful and seemed to make serving the customer his priority. More
Rob our service advisor is great! Responsive, explains what’s going on with our Highlander 2023. The Highlander has awd & snow gear, but rotors must not be beefy enough. More
I was called in for the "Second Key Delivery Program. " Robert Hudson was my Service Advisor. I thought it would be a quick interaction, but Robert thought they'd need at least an hour, maybe a little m " Robert Hudson was my Service Advisor. I thought it would be a quick interaction, but Robert thought they'd need at least an hour, maybe a little more. I asked if they had a loaner, I had planned to take care of errands around town after my service visit. Robert said no loaner was available but he would see what he could to to minimize my wait. I sat down in the waiting area. Easily, within ten minutes, maybe five, he called me over. I thought he needed more information, but when I went to his work station he said the key was done. I was impressed, to say the least! Outstand service! I will ask for Robert as my service advisor for my future service visits. More
Robert was very helpful; although, the technicians had left for the day, when I told him that our battery was dead and that we needed one desperately, he offered to take care of the problem and he not onl left for the day, when I told him that our battery was dead and that we needed one desperately, he offered to take care of the problem and he not only sold us a battery, but installed it himself; to my wife and I that was going far and beyond what we expected! It is ALWAYS a pleasure to have Mark Platz service my car. He is friendly, clear, helpful and tries his very best to have the car serviced in a timely manner so that my wait is not extended.
