Simi Valley Toyota assisted me with getting my Camry back on the road after my engine light indicated that I should visit Toyota. The service advisor, Oscar was friendly, knowledgeable and professional back on the road after my engine light indicated that I should visit Toyota. The service advisor, Oscar was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to get my vehicle problems diagnosed and repaired in a timely fashion, especially given that the emergency repair came about just minutes before the service departments closing time during the busy Christmas season. This was five star service at its best! More

I arrived and was told 30 minutes or so to hook up to a computer and run diagnostics. Problem " communication module not ?"see dealer if this continues. Hoping to have the module simply reset. 30 minutes car is still parked same place. 15-20 minutes later still parked Told the tech is on a test drive and will look up on return and it'll take about 45 to an hour to hook it up and diagnose. After approx 1 hour I had to go back to work, took my car and left. This is not the first time I have lost hours of my life at Simi Toyota. If I could give you a 0 I would. More

Service is always recommending the same hybrid coolant change, for every hybrid we own. My 80 year old father went, and they performed useless services ($900+). He will recommend useless, unnecessary repairs to beef up service sales. In my other experiences, good service tech recommend coupons, or suggest discounts. Manish told my dad, there is nothing he can do. Greed! More
