Worst communication during this visit. The service representative was not friendly. I had a mailer of discounts that I had received from Toyota. One of them being a discount oil change. He took the mailer with ALL of the discounts. stating my car would be ready the following day. I declined all but the oil change at this time, which was stated to have been completed. I called representative and he was busy on another call. I attempted to request a driver, but could not. The recommended services were near just under $4,000.00. I started that site to the cost, I would need to get other quotes. My call was not returned until a few hrs later. Representative stated he wanted to be sure I knew my car was ready for pick up because I didn't answer his call. HE NEVER CALLED!! After I hung up, I was then able to request a ride through the link provided at do off. When I picked up my vehicle, the prices were not listed on the print out of recommended services. I didn't receive the remainder of the discounts that were printed on the mailer. I'm sure there were discounts for services that were recommended. More

We ask them to place a sticker reminder for the next visit, they said they will put it but did not. They did not turned off the light reminder "maintenance required" even we ask then too.
