There is one problem I have with the service department. That problem is the communication of an issue not listed in the planned work as documented in the initial plan. Many times I have to call to see if my car is ready. Then at 5:00 pm I am told they found a problem or something that needs to be addressed even though I dropped off the car in the morning. Many times it is a simple issue and I ether have to come back or leave the car to get it fixed. If a problem is found, it should be communicated as soon as possible so that I can make a decision about it and hopefully get it addressed the same day I have my routine maintenance performed. More

Manish in service was very helpful in my first service for my new RAV4 Prime and providing me with my second key. Service dept waiting room was comfortable while I waited for my vehicle and I appreciate for my new RAV4 Prime and providing me with my second key. I don't know that much about auto repair on these new car but I brought the car in to Simi Toyota on Saturday for a regular service the advisor said I needed a fuel injection cleaning so I got that after the but I brought the car in to Simi Toyota on Saturday for a regular service the advisor said I needed a fuel injection cleaning so I got that after the service was complete I brought the car home didn’t drive it until Monday and the alternator and battery went bad. So sad so a little disappointed that they didn’t see that on Saturday. More
