Thanks for making my daughter’s first service a breeze. Only negative comment is that two value caps were not replaced. Must of have been a small oversight. I dealt with someone named Robert in service a year or so ago who was dishonest and a disgrace to Mr McC He is professional, responsive and honest. I dealt with someone named Robert in service a year or so ago who was dishonest and a disgrace to Mr McCorkle. I said nothing at the time, just switched service managers and all is perfect now. I try to chat with Joe M every time I come in and it’s because of his true customer focus that I tried you all in the first place and have stayed with you since. Prior ownership was seriously bad. I’m on my 14th lifetime Toyota and just want to thank you for the great service and for caring what your customers think. :) More
