10/10, my experience began with a concern that I noticed while washing my vehicle. Took it in to the Service center with no appointment and was greeted with urgency and sincerity. Robert Hudson immediately took action after hearing and seeing my concern and even took the proper partnerships to confirm what we were both thinking. The required part came in quicker than I anticipated, an appointment was set up and the part was installed. Simple and seamless. I think the only issue I had was the technician forgot to plug in my radar sensor during reassembly but that was no problem for me since also being a technician, I understand sometimes forgetting the smallest things happen. I plugged it back in and all was well. More

I had been working with Oscar and my insurance to get my Tacoma repaired. My insurance company kept giving me the runaround and had the nerve to ask me to find used parts instead of brand new, knowing full Tacoma repaired. My insurance company kept giving me the runaround and had the nerve to ask me to find used parts instead of brand new, knowing full well they could not guarantee any used parts. I decided to take on the bill myself and get Toyota certified New parts. I informed Oscar of what was going on, and he took the time to listen, understand, and he let me know that he will work with me since I am a valued customer who has continued to go back to Toyota of Simi Valley time and time again. Instead of waiting a week and half for my truck to be repaired, Oscar had it completed in a day and a half. The only delay was with the insurance company creating a delay, and once I gave the green light, the job was completed asap. As a Veteran, I take pride in how I conduct myself, and I always appreciate good human being like Oscar Robles not making everything about the bottom dollar. Even though I might have been able to get a better deal with aftermarket/used parts, I trust Oscar and the Simi Valley team to do the right thing, and that’s something that you can’t out a price on. I am now a customer for life, and will look at upgrading in the future because I know I’ll be treated with respect. Thanks Oscar More
