When his mechanic found that battery should be replaced, I did not receive a call. He claimed to have sent me a video (then claimed server was backed up), but he did not, and sending a video makes no sense when you have to call to confirm the service anyway. The vehicle was supposed to be ready at 5:30, and he didn’t finish talking to me on the phone til 5:50, so I had to rush in to make it before closing. When I arrived, he was on a long personal call and wouldn’t look at/acknowledge me til he was done. Also car is running more sluggishly now than before checkup. I also don’t like getting mail, etc, implying that my car requires services when it actually does not. More

They didn't wash and clean the car like all the other dealer that I am doing business with. Not to mention drinking coffee from a Styrofoam cup and paying for a can of soda. dealer that I am doing business with. Not to mention drinking coffee from a Styrofoam cup and paying for a can of soda. More
