Service went well. The van came did come back with a weird fish eye lens effect on the backup camera that was not there before. So that kind of stinks. And I really believe dealerships need to bring back car washes to be included with their services. It was such a nice bonus for the customers, and Covid is over. The only reason to not do it now is cutting cost, not customer appreciation. We spend 60 grand on a van and buy all the service packages, a wash isn’t a big ask. More

Service advisor handled my repair in a timely manner and made accommodations due to the need for a loaner car. However, after picking up my car, I noticed a scratch on the dashboard. The staff is always great but your prices and recommendations aren't appropriate. When I came in for a scheduled service, there were over $1,000 of recommended services.
