7-19-24 drops of truck at 07:59. Install a tent on my Tacoma. Parts to install on roof rack on front seat. Promised 10:20. Truck comes out and one problem no tent on the truck. Came back and explained somehow no communication between Ironman and Toyota. Communication was made but now it was pushed way back. Fine with me just want the tent installed. After some more time Luis got me a courtesy ride home. With the promise to keep me informed. Ironman called me and asked me, You want the tent to open over the passenger side? Yes. At about 5:30 or 6:00 I decided to get back to Toyota of Thousand Oaks as the service center closes. The job was finalized at 08:10 the next day. I did pick up the truck the 19th. I was told to bring the truck back the next day as Ironman 4x4 said they put the tent so it opens over the driver side. Luis was helpful the whole time. Always letting me know what is happening. I never paid when I picked up the truck. I went home and looked at the tent and was happy to see it was installed correctly. I opened it up to check. It was installed correctly. I went back on the 20th to pay my bill. Thanked Luis. Another Service Advisor, Ironman is always making mistakes. I just couldn’t help but laugh. Blame it on the other guy. I wanted to ask, do you ever make mistakes? I didn’t. I thanked Luis again and left Toyota of Thousand Oaks. I blame it on the miscommunication between Ironman 4x4 and Toyota of Thousand Oak’s.
