The dealership is convenient and the staff has always been pleasant and helpfull. My RAV4 was in for it's 1st year maintenance, with one complaint. You need to have people with customer service skills answering your phone.. after 4 call I got Stephanie and she finally listened and got me to where I needed to be Amy was super rude and was supposed to have supervisor Ruby call me and not surprised that never happened Back to Manny he worked with me to get my extended warranty to take care of the issue and got me in and out before the end of day I made another appt with him just because of the way he took care of me More
