The tech who serviced my car was amazing he sent a very detailed video of my car, never had one so thorough and clear. The advisor sucked big time, honestly most of them suck and just try upselling me even detailed video of my car, never had one so thorough and clear. Only one I like is Kevin, he’s great, obviously he tries upselling like they all do, but he actually tries with stuff I need and explains well. Steven the one had this time sucked big time; I asked about how much it costs to fix my cracked windshield and he tried to get me to buy a whole bunch of services before even answering my question. Then he tried again right after finally telling me an estimate. His energy too is just sucky, not friendly at all. This review is only three stars and not one because of how good the service mechanic guy was with his video. More
