The service advisor that talked with me about my car was very nice and pleasant to talk to, however I am positive they scammed me for the services they performed. I had a headlight issue with my passenger s very nice and pleasant to talk to, however I am positive they scammed me for the services they performed. I had a headlight issue with my passenger side low beam so I replaced the headlights myself with new bulbs, but it did not fix it, the drivers side worked and the passenger side did not. So I switched the passenger and driver side new bulbs to see if I had bought a bad bulb, and still only the drivers side headlight worked. Therefore I know it was not a bulb burnout issue and figured it was something electrical, fuse issue, etc. So, I brought my car in because I have a repair warranty on my car with this dealership for said issues where it would only cost me $50. When I went to pick up my car, I was blatantly ignored by everyone in the room (about 10 people) and stood there for over 5 minutes trying to make eye contact with someone but they all ignored me. Finally, once I flagged someone from a totally different room down, I was directed to the desk that had been in front of me the whole time and they were told to help me, only then did they ask what I needed. When I asked what they ended up finding wrong with my headlight, they told me the bulb was burnt out. I explained the situation of replacing the bulbs before i brought my car in to them, and they insisted that no, the bulb had to have been burnt out when I bought it. I told them I switched the two sides with the bulb I knew worked and that still didn't fix the issue so it could not be a bulb burnout problem. They still insisted it was and that I had installed it wrong, even though that is not possible as my replacement worked on the other side and I had three separate people, including another mechanic, also check the bulbs and their placement and was told it was correct. They still said it was only a burnt out bulb (but did not give me the bulbs they had replaced back to me) and therefore it was not covered by my warranty, so it came out to almost $400. It is not possible that the bulb was burnt out for all of the reasons I listed above. They lied about what was wrong with my car in order to avoid my warranty covering it. I am extremely disappointed in this dealership and will never get my car serviced here again, and will be spreading the word with everyone I know about how this dealership lies to their customers to earn a few extra bucks. More

Asked to diagnose the car for few issues besides the 5k miles services, I was told we are so busy and can’t do it today although you have an appointment. You have to drop off your car for 2 days!! I really appreciated the service I received when buying my car and I really like the maintenance service, but it is a hassle for me to get a ride to and from Simi from NP.
