I honestly want to rave about the experience I had at Simi Valley Toyota this past Saturday. Jared Franks, Luis O’ Faril, and Juan Sanchez were so helpful, kind, and treated me like family during my whol Simi Valley Toyota this past Saturday. Jared Franks, Luis O’ Faril, and Juan Sanchez were so helpful, kind, and treated me like family during my whole experience landing on a new Highlander Hybrid Limited edition. I can be picky at times and it’s hard to make a decision on larger purchases but Jared was super patient with me and made me feel at ease. I love my new SUV and I cannot thank these guys enough for such a great car buying experience! Shout out to the owner Joe McCorkle and his family for treating everyone who walks into his dealership like family. More
Our online only purchase turned into the “dreaded dealership” visit when a number of promised points suddenly changed at the dealership. Our previous 2 car leases were made entirely online with the vehicles delivered to our house and paperwork signed at our house. Our “paperwork signing” in this case, turned into a 3 hour headache visit. Unacceptable. Again, what we were promised online and via text changed at the dealership and not for the better. The person I delt with online and via text was replaced at the dealership by another person. Overall, a bad experience with no interest on Toyotas behalf to compensate in any way for the inconvenience they put us through. Never again for us. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE but why am I not surprised. My treatment during the sales-process was good until the finance-mgr was too persistent about pressuring me to buy extra vehicle maintenance agreements. My overall experience would have been better than average if our sales-rep Bryson had not played games with me when I asked him if the Owner’s Manual was in the car. He quickly answered “Yes,” it was. Upon arriving home and seeing it was not, Bryson said on the phone he remembered seeing it. I drove back to the dealership and asked him again about it, watched him go to the back of the service-dept & look through trash-cans, only to have him ask me if my wife hadn’t seen it in the front seat when we got in to leave in the new car. Finally, after all the shoulder-shrugging & finger-pointing, he tells me there’s no Owner’s Manual in the glovebox with the new Prius, only the digital-version online. Why couldn’t he have just said that the first time I asked him? After asking to see his manager, Luis O’ Farrill, & talking to him about it, he agreed to order one from their parts dept and I could pick it up in a week or so. If these things hadn’t occurred, my review would be different. More

Brought vehicle in on Friday morning of Memorial Day weekend. Visit was for several periodic services and to investigate occasional thumping noise. It was very, very busy! Expert technician for investigating thumping noise was very busy, so I let them keep the car overnight. He was able to diagnose the problem (problem with a front shock) and do the repairs early Saturday. I had the vehicle back on Saturday evening of the Memorial Day weekend! Excellent service, especially considering their workload! Over the years I have purchased at least 4 vehicles (2 new, 2 used) from this dealership and they have always treated us well. Bravo for a job well done! More
I would like to thank Al the gentlemen that greeted us as we walked out of our car. He offer assistance in helping us and making our experience comfortable by offering drinks and looking for my auto that I h we walked out of our car. The last person that I came in contact with was a younger gentleman who filled up my tank and went over the apple play set up and functions of the car. More
The "normal" service was excellent but a safety software update on the front camera resulted in my back hatch incapable of opening with keyfob or dashboard button. I didn't discover this until an hour or two after I returned home and needed to load something. Two stars might seem a low rating for this, but this is the second time this has happened in a software update. Both times, the problem was easily fixed with a new upload, but the service department should have checked all systems before declaring the service done. More
