Do not bring your vehicle to the service center if you value your time, your vehicle and being treated with respect. My experience was mostly in the service department and talking to different departments on the phone when I would call. The sales representatives however, always greeted me and treated me respectfully when I was on the property. I came in for a check engine light and had it diagnosed by another mechanic prior to taking it to this dealership. I came to the dealership and entered the service center and was not greeted by anyone. The two employees continued their conversation in front of me and didn't greet or acknowledge me until they finished their conversation. I told them what the issue was, they said they would get back to me in a few days. To my surprise they called me and said it was an o2 sensor and not what the previous mechanic said. I felt relieved that was the only issue because my mechanic stated otherwise. Regardless I had to pay about $650. Picked up my car and drove it to work and the check engine light came on again. I was upset and tried calling the dealership. It was Friday at 5:20pm. I called the dealership 6 times and the receptionist transferred me to the service department 6 times. My call would get ignored and turn into a dial tone every time I called. The receptionist explained that they closed at 5:30pm and were probably closing up. I told her that if they are open until 5:30 they shouldn't be ignoring customer calls. I told the receptionist that I wanted to speak with a manager and instead she transferred me to service again where my call was ignored again. Frustrated I just drove home and decided to call again on Monday. Monday came and I called over and over again and was not able to speak to anyone in Service. My call would ring and ring until the call would ultimately just end. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone in service, so I just came in on Tuesday after work because I got off early enough to make it. I had my wife follow me to the dealership so I could have a ride back home. I arrived and told them what happened. They said they would get back to me on Thursday. Thursday came and they called me and told me it was a "software update" issue. And that he drove it 30 miles and made sure the check engine light did not come on. I was bothered that he drove it 30 miles with today's gas prices but I understood. I explained to him that last time it came on I had driven about 40 or 50 miles before it came on. He said replied that is why he drove it for 30 miles. They said it was ready to be picked up with no charge, so I made plans to pick it up on Friday. Friday arrived and I made my way to the service center. There were 3-4 employees inside while 2 of the employees were helping two older gentlemen while the other two were on the computer. Once again, I was not greeted by the available employees and waited more than 5 minutes before being asked why I was there. I explained my situation and was handed my keys and made my way home. It is now Sunday 10/15/23 and the check engine light has come back on after running some errands. I took it to my mechanic once again and the original problem has not been repaired. The same check engine code is on and I'm back at square one. This is the same code that I mentioned to the dealership before taking it in to them. I feel that my time was wasted, and I am now questioning whether my o2 sensor was really damaged at all. I do not trust the people in service anymore and no longer feel comfortable working with them. I will not be returning to this dealership. So please learn from my experiences here. The people here (mainly in service) will waste your time and money. The customer service here is terrible and customers deserve to be treated with integrity and respect. Once again, my experiences are mostly with the service center. More
Oscar in the Service Department is the absolute best. He kept me notified throughout the service appointment and went above and beyond. His attention to detail will keep me as a return customer. Fabian provided excellent service from first point of contact on the phone to having my vehicle scheduled and in and out of service. He listened to all my concerns and took me seriously. I had both Fro contact on the phone to having my vehicle scheduled and in and out of service. He listened to all my concerns and took me seriously. I had both Front and Rear brakes replaced including rotors. He also recommended a service that the vehicle is well overdue for to prevent the failure of my vehicle’s Rear Differential. I plan on bringing the vehicle back in for soon. Great experience from start to finish. More

So far I've had a horrible experience with Simi CJDR. I went in for a tailgate nationwide recall on my 2019 2500 that was purchased there. Kevin looked at the postcard, asked me "Does the tailgate open and close?" I answered yes, and he tossed the paperwork down and said "Were not going to do anything about that". A nationwide recall and the Service Department is telling me that they won't do anything about it?!?! Reluctantly we brought in our 2020 Wrangler for a warranty issue and again spoke with Kevin. A 3 year old vehicle is having a defective paint issue where the body panels are corroding causing the paint to bubble. Kevin told me he didn't know what > wanted him to do about it and refused to even walk out the door to look at it. Corrosion is a very very well know issue with Jeeps affecting thousands of vehicles and they were acting like this was something never experienced before. One would expect some type of compassion when 2 different brand new Chrysler products are having issues. I felt like I was a burden to them. We're going to have to take our service needs to Shaver in the future. More
Today at or around 9:20 am I left my car for service with Oscar Gallegos. For an Oil change, Brake fluid change, and Differential service. But the labor charge was unreasonable $562 for 2 hours service. Tha Oscar Gallegos. For an Oil change, Brake fluid change, and Differential service. But the labor charge was unreasonable $562 for 2 hours service. That is price gouging. My recent past visit, the labor charge was $50hr. I've been a customer for over 3yrs, and I have never experienced such terrible customer service at Simi Dodge. Buyer beware, check your past receipts and campare to make sure everything is accurate... I will send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and to the CA State Attorney General office- "If this issue is not resolved", within 3 business days. Again- My past receipt shows a labor charge of $50hr. This time for two hours I was charged $562... More
