I had a problem with the rear left turn signal sometimes working, and sometimes it didn't. After replacing the bulb myself twice I had a talk with Jeff Hightower who said that the tail light assembly was p working, and sometimes it didn't. After replacing the bulb myself twice I had a talk with Jeff Hightower who said that the tail light assembly was probably shortting out. So I ordered a new tail light assembly, and when it arrived Jeff replaced it in 5 minutes! I have never received such quick service. More

I had an electrical problem with my Jeep Wrangler which was hard to diagnose. But they kept on it until they figured it out. They whole time they were fixing it they kept in touch with me and made sure I was hard to diagnose. But they kept on it until they figured it out. They whole time they were fixing it they kept in touch with me and made sure I had a rental car. Zach and Wayne were both very nice and responsive. When it was fixed I believe it ran better than when I first bought it. I was very pleased with the service. Before Kirby took over this dealership I hated taking my Jeep to the dealer.
