I have been dealing with Dodge thru Jeff pretty much since I bought my truck, my first Dodge by the way. Thru two dealerships, Jeff has always taken good care of me and my truck. More often than not, I am just there for routine maintenance, but when it's something big (like rats in the wiring harness) he and Kirby came through. I have brought my Sebring into Kirby since before it was Kirby. The only reason I continued to visit this dealership is the manner in which Zachary has treated me. The staff at Kirby Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Simi Valley are very pleasant to deal with, from the guys at the desks to the guys who work on the cars to the cashiers. He's gone out of his way to help me on several occasions, and although he can't walk on water, I believe he would for his customers if he were able to.
